fuckyeahtattoos: I got this Jan. 5th at Skinquake in Bloomington, IN. The artist was Colin, who was incredibly good; it only took about 45 minutes. The tattoo itself is of the Tree of Gondor and a Latin phrase that means “What man is a man who does not make the world better?”. The phrase is from Kingdom of Heaven, though I don’t know where it actually originates from. These two together are symbols of purity of mind and spirit. I try to live my life everyday with the idea that it’s not enough to simply be, but to strive to make the world better for as many people as possible.
